AIHIRE.io provides tools and AI-driven features to streamline the hiring process. However, we do not guarantee or take responsibility for hiring outcomes. Users must independently review and make final decisions based on the AI’s recommendations.
3. Data Ownership and Usage
- All data and content processed, submitted, or created on the Platform are owned by AIHIRE.io, including but not limited to user profiles, analytics, and AI-generated results.
- Users retain the right to delete their accounts at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
- AIHIRE.io is committed to maintaining user privacy and does not disclose any user information without explicit consent. Users control the visibility of their profiles and are responsible for making their profiles public if they choose.

5. 100 Pioneer Program
Free 2025 Pro Features Offer We are offering a free subscription to all Pro features for the year 2025 to the first 100 companies that meet the following criteria:
- The company must be legally registered and have an active online presence.
- To maintain the free account, the company must:
- Share an AIHIRE.io post on their social platforms.
- Provide an honest review of our services on their social platforms. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the cancellation of the free subscription.
6. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure the Platform operates smoothly for all users, we reserve the right to monitor usage and enforce fair usage limits. Excessive or abusive use of resources that disrupts the Platform’s functionality may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Alpha Launch Disclaimer
AIHIRE.io is currently in its alpha launch phase. As such:
- We make no guarantees regarding system uptime or the absence of outages.
- Frequent updates and changes to the system may occur as we refine and improve our services.
- We sincerely thank our early adopters for their support and offer them free access as a token of appreciation.

- Recruiters must ensure that job postings and interactions with Talent comply with applicable employment and non-discrimination laws.
- Talent must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and interactions.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time. AIHIRE.io also reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for unlawful use of the Platform.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
AIHIRE.io provides tools and recommendations but does not take responsibility for hiring outcomes, business decisions, or any other results derived from Platform usage. All AI decisions and recommendations must be reviewed and validated by Users.
11. Intellectual Property
- AIHIRE.io retains all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with the Platform.
- Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for its intended purposes.
